Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Life’s a Lyric! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Customized merchandise is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged. If your customized item arrives damaged, you must contact us at lifesalyric.llc@gmail.com with details and photos within 3 days of delivery. Damage claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for resolution.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Contact lifesalyric.llc@gmail.com to start a return. Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and will not be refunded. 

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Return instructions and address details will be provided once your return is approved.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at lifesalyric.llc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.


Exchanges

We are not able to offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
