Processing & Production

Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may vary by product, availability, and order volume.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Production delays, weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect arrival times.

Please order early when purchasing for holidays or special occasions.

Tracking & Multiple Shipments

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships, when available. Carrier updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations and arrive on different dates.

Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, returned packages, or additional reshipping charges.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived, check your tracking information first and allow three additional business days for ordinary carrier delays.

Please report suspected lost shipments within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
